This is the offshoot of the cold, strong winds that come from the Alps and provide cooling in the Southern Rhône and Provence after a warm period. Here too, Sylvain opts for a idiosyncratic 100% merlot that is not aged in a barrel, but was vinified on its fruit. Cassis, dried laurel were our first impressions, the rich character and tannins are especially prominent in the mouth.
